1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by NoorLaunch, based in [Stad, UAE].

By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide website design, development, maintenance, and related digital services as agreed in writing or via invoice.

Project scope is defined in the selected package or custom proposal.

Any additional work outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.

3. Payments

  • Full payment or agreed deposit must be received before project commencement.

  • For fixed packages, delivery timelines begin after payment confirmation.

  • Custom projects may follow milestone-based payments.

  • All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. Revisions

Each package includes a specific number of revisions as stated in the offer.

Additional revisions will be charged at 250 AED per revision

Revisions apply only within the original project scope.

5. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times are provided per package.

Delays caused by:

  • Late content submission

  • Delayed feedback

  • Scope changes

may affect the delivery timeline.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate content

  • Ensure ownership rights for provided materials

  • Respond in a timely manner

We are not responsible for delays due to missing information.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • The client owns the final website design and content (excluding third-party tools and licenses).

  • We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

8. Hosting & Maintenance

If hosting is provided by us:

  • Maintenance terms are defined separately.

  • Failure to pay hosting fees may result in suspension.

If hosting is handled by the client, we are not responsible for third-party hosting issues.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue

  • Business interruption

  • Indirect damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the UAE.
